---Chapter 3----
Ivan sat in the snow stroking Toris' face, he hummed an old song. His pants were wet from sitting too long.
The brunette had finally stopped fidgeting and lay there peacefully. It had taken so much time, the violet eyed nation was worried he was too late.
The masculine nation pushed his arms into the snow, it bit his exposed skin as he lifted Toris. who hung limply in his arms.
His boots kicked through the soft fluff of newly fallen flakes, making an oddly shaped path back to the door. Maybe snow could be fun sometimes….maybe.
"EDUARD!" His booming voice echoed through the houses many rooms.
"Ahem..Yes Ivan?" Eduard ran down into the lower level, jumping down a few stairs to reduce his time.
The short blonde teen was shocked to see his brother in the arms of that mad man. It made his body tense when he saw the tracked in snow. They had been outside. Outside in the middle of Siberian winter. Wearing little more than pajamas. It made him nervous for his brother…he was so still. He couldn't help but stare.
"Oh! There you are! Would you get your brother some new clothes from your room and bring them to mine please?" The big nation smiled asking nicely.
Eduard didn't move, he just stared at the pale figure that had been his brother. Examining every part of his body, for even a trace of anything wrong. He had forgotten to listen. Bad move.
It irked Ivan, no it pissed him off.
"Eduard," Two violet eyes were looking directly into his, "I said get some clothes for your brother. NOW!"
Ivan seemed to tower even more so over Eduard, his essence eating up the light in the room. He heard the eerie chanting as the room was sucked into darkness. It became quiet save for the chanting and the beating of his heart. The boy wanted to look away. He wanted to blink and make it all disappear, but he didn't. He knew better.
"Y-…Yes Ivan, right away," Eduard had heard him that time, turned and booked it for their shared bedroom.
"Thank you~!" The room was back to normal and Ivan made his way back to his room.
Ivan gently placed his friend on his bed and went into his private bathroom to retrieve some towels.
Toris had gotten soaked from the snow and needed to dry off; he didn't want him getting more sick. Or worse yet dying, if he wasn't dead already.
There were a few towels in his cabinet, if his friend were well there would be many. Toris really did run his house well.
The silver-blond haired man came back into his room; Eduard stood staring at his brother.
"Help me dry him off," The teen didn't hesitate this time and began to towel off his brother.
Toris mumbled something in his sleep, his brother exhaled. He was alive.
He wrapped his brothers brown hair in a towel and scrubbed it dry. Ivan pulled off the exausted nations clothes and hung them to dry near the fire.
"Thank you! you can go," The violet eyed man stoked the fire under the clothes, not bothering to watch his subordinate leave.
He stood and went to the new clothes, placing them neatly in order.
The silk pants were first, sliding them up his legs and up over his hips was easy, he wondered where he got such nice clothes from. The shirt came next, it was a bit trickier. Ivan sat on the edge of the bed and lifted Toris forward leaning his limp body against his. He pulled on of the sick mans arms through the sleeve and paused looking at all the scars.
It made him wonder just how many he had caused, it made him feel ashamed. He finished putting the shirt on the sleeping brunette quickly.
Ivan pulled several pillows and stacked them up behind Toris, before laying him back into a slight sitting position.
The large nation shed his coat and put it over his friend, before pulling the covers over him. He lightly pushed the hairs out of Toris' face.
"…I…I'm sorry I hurt you," He kissed The sleeping mans forehead.
Ivan tucked Toris into the bed, making sure he was secure. He would let him sleep for a while longer.
Getting up he left and went into the hallway making his way back up into the main hall in the upper level of his house.
"Hey Raivis, would you help me with something?" Ivan approached the tiny nation and patted him on the head.
Raivis began to shake furiously. Ivan didn't realize how hard he tended to pat him, it would often leave bruises. This didn't help that he was generally terrified of his current captor already.
"Um……..sure, what do you need?" His light blue eyes met the violet ones and they looked different, it almost put him at ease.
But Raivis wasn't that dumb.
"Would you be willing to help me make some food for Toris?" Secretly, Ivan wasn't the best cook.
So he really meant would you show me how to make something, and the blonde wouldn't hesitate to help. Especially if it would benefit his brother. So they both made their way into the kitchen, a place he didn't know if Ivan went often if at all.

+HETALIA+ Their Thoughts
Russia was utterly fascinated with the Baltic that lay under him. Lithuania's form quivered slightly, a raspy gasp for air the only noise he made. Russia ran his fingertips across the other's paled skin, exposed to the biting cold of the room. Russia produced no heat for Lithuania to warm himself with, knowledge that never occurred to Russia. He was too fixated on the milk white skin, crisscrossed with bright crimson marks. Ivan loved how the red, a color he adored, contrasted so elegantly with the Baltic's skin. It struck a chord deep in him, a reminder of something altogether painful yet liberating; reminds of his past, of blood stained sn

It was nearly three-am when Arthur traveled down the stairs and into Alfred's kitchen to find hot water and hoped he wouldn't find Alfred's damned alien friend, Tony. Arthur hated the slimey thing to the bone if the slimey thing had bones. He wasn't even sure if Tony was slimey to touch, the alien just looked slimey.
It didn't take long for Arthur to find hot water Alfred had always been kind enough to buy an electric kettle and he'd always had the water heated for whenever Arthur came. Arthur had always been shy about the kettle thing especially since Alfred slapped on a sticker of the British flag on it.

"What is it now, bruder?" I sighed, burying my head in my hands.
"We have a...minor problem." God, why was Prussia's voice so annoying sometimes?
"What?"
"Um...Y'know that treaty we made a while back. The one that was to keep Austria and Russia from completely murdering each other?"
"The Reinsurance Treaty?" We'd made those set of treaties to keep peace between Roderich and Ivan, as well as the other Balkans.
"Jaaa." The problem was, we didn't tell either one of them that we had signed a treaty with the other.
"What about it?"
"Well...Russia kinda fo
